Updates from National Aerospace Solutions

March 25, 2016

Thank you for signing up for news from National Aerospace Solutions. In the coming days and weeks we will use these emails to introduce ourselves to you and to relay important news about the upcoming transition for the Test Operations and Sustainment contract at Arnold Engineering Development Complex. The official start of transition is April 1, 2016.

We have already received a number of questions about employment opportunities. We are working diligently to provide job postings in the coming weeks at http://nas-llc.us. Remember, that's a dot-us web address, not dot-com.

Additional updates:
  • We have started transition planning meetings with the U.S. Air Force that have been very productive, with a focus on providing a seamless transition.
  • We will plan an all-employee meeting for TOS staff during the month of April and will provide specifics on the time and location as soon as possible.
We will rely heavily on you - the employees and the community - during transition. The success of AEDC is a result of talented, hard-working personnel who are dedicated to the mission and our national defense. We recognize and appreciate all of your contributions. You are the backbone of the mission.

We are committed to keeping you informed of developments throughout the transition.  Although change can be challenging and difficult, we will do our best to be proactive in communication, transparent in our processes, and keep you informed of decisions as they are made.

We will begin a series of emails introducing you to the companies that form NAS: Bechtel, GP Strategies, Sierra Lobo, Chugach, and nLogic. Then, we'll share some thoughts from General Manager Cynthia Rivera and Deputy General Manager Doug Pearson.

Thanks again for signing up, and please watch for future updates.
